Shipping & Return Policy
What shipping methods do you offer?
We ship via Federal Express. For continental USA orders we offer either FedEx Ground or FedEx Express Saver. For all international countries we offer FedEx Flat-rate or FedEx International Priority.
What are the shipping costs?
For continental USA orders, FedEx Ground begins at $7 per order and increases by weight. For international orders, FedEx Flat Rate begins at $118 per order and increases by weight.
How long does shipping take?
Domestic shipping takes an average of 3-5 business days, depending on product availability and quantity ordered. International shipping takes an average of 3-8 business days. Please note that international shipments require Custom's clearance, which may introduce additional time delays based on the country of import.
Please be aware that orders placed after 12:30pm Eastern Monday - Friday will not ship until the next business day and any orders placed on weekends will not ship until the following standard business day. All shipping estimates are subject to product availability.
Are there any delivery address requirements? Can I ship to a PO Box?
To ensure delivery, please make sure the shipping address contains all relevant details, such as a building, suite, apartment number, and if the shipment is going to an office building, be certain to include the company name and the recipients name so that the shipment is not abandoned.
Please note that FedEX cannot deliver to a PO Box. Please make sure to provide a complete physical street address.
If you are shipping to an international address, you MUST include a phone number with your contact information and you MUST provide the phone number for the recipient located in the destination country to ensure that FedEx and/or customs can contact you and or the recipient if there are any issues with delivery.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
If you have already placed an order and need to change the shipping address, please contact us at +1.713.701.7768 or via e-mail at email@example.com to let us know the incorrect and correct shipping addresses and we will work with you to resolve the delivery issue.
What if I my shipment contains the wrong items?
If your shipment contains the incorrect products, please contact us at +1.713.701.7768 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know the incorrect and/or missing items and we will work with you to make sure you receive your purchased materials.
What is our return policy?
All sales are final. Dobbins International, Inc. does not offer returns or refunds.
